Quintin C. Baul

On Wed February 10, 2021, Quintin Baul passed away after a two week battle with
Covid 19 at Mountain View Hospital North Las Vegas.

He was born October 31, 1926 in Pampanga, Philippines.

He was a kind and loving father, husband,
grandfather and a friend to all.

He served the Armed Forces of the Philippines during WW2,
later recognized by the U.S. Armed Forces.

He worked at the (Ship Repair Facility) SRF Subic Bay Naval Base,
Philippines from the early 1960’s and eventually transferred to
(Department of Defense)  DOD from the 70’s through his retirement.

He was stationed in Guam, Korea and the Philippines working as an
Electrical Engineer for the DOD. He started his career as Foreman and
worked his way up to the  Rank of WS15 equal to Commander in the military
before retiring in the Philippines. He moved to San Diego, California in 1996.

While living in San Diego, he was an active member at the Knights of Columbus.
Additionally, he served as an officer of the Spring Valley Lions Club
and the Subic Complex Fil-Am Assn of California.

Quintin was an avid sports fan of baseball, football, and boxing.

He volunteered as a lead election poll worker in keeping with his love and passion for politics.

He later moved to Las Vegas where he resided for the remainder of his life.

His first wife Amalia Baul to whom he was married for more than 50 years,
preceded him in death in 2010.  He is survived by his second wife Milagros Alvarez of 10 years.

He was preceded in death by his son Noel in 2012.
He is survived by his daughter Rizalie,
step-children Liza, Jose, and Imee, Grandchildren Amber,
Manny and numerous other grandchildren.
Great Grandchildren Harlem, Brian, Jazmine and Nicole.
He will be greatly missed.

We will celebrate his life at the
Desert Memorial North Las Vegas, NV on
Saturday of March 6, 2021.
Viewing will be from 10 am -11 am, funeral service from 11-12.

His final resting place will be at the
Glen Abbey Memorial San Diego,  California
March 17, 2021 at 12:00 p.m.
