Al was born in Honolulu Hawaii, where he spent his first years enjoying Island life with beloved sister Lucille and caring parents Joecinto and Mabel Cazimero. He is preceded in death by both his Father and Mother.

His family moved to the mainland in the early 50's where Al made a life for himself for the next 69 years, specifically in the Spring Valley area where he attend elementary school, junior high and graduated from Mt. Miguel High School in 1964.
Al's younger years were filled with bike riding, cookie eating, football, the entire time embracing his Portugese/Hawaiian heritage.

Al married his first wife Darlene and they had three children: Jason, Shannon and Adam, who eventually gave Al six grandchildren, Jake, Miranda, Tommie, Mason, Carson and Coco, plus three great-grandchildren, Noah, Penelope and River.

Al was a journeyman Electrician with S.D.G.& E for over 33 years
Before retiring Al also enjoyed coaching Pop Warner Football with his Dad, and being a coach in Santee, CA. with Santee American Little League. Al also tried his hand at being a music DJ, known as "The Boogie-Man" (yes, with Vinyl's) Al Also served his country in the United States Army Reserve for 10 years and won many awards throughout his service for marksmanship and service.

Al married his second wife, Colleen, who he fondly called, the queen of his heart, in a small intimate wedding at the Hawaiian Wedding Chapel at the Tropicana Hotel.

The blending of the two families gave Al an additional two children, Kraig and Kellie, who he accepted as his own. They in turn, over time gave Al six more grandchildren, Mathew, Cody, Izak, Evan, Aren and Leah.

Al loved God, his Country, Colleen, his family, music, sweets, everything and anything "Hawaiian" Everyone who met Al immediately became a friend and some even became true family. Al's favorite bible verses were "The Beatitudes", Mathew 5:3-12
A poem from his granddaughter Leah on May 5/2022

                                               Free

Oh the butterflies fly, Oh the Bumblebee's Buzz, oh the hummingbirds' hum, As they all fly through the sky, over grand fields, yet one little hummingbird plopped on my doorstep and all I could say was "Welcome Home Papa, now you are free"!

Aloha 'oe Al you are loved more than you know!
