Ruth Busch

Ruth, age 75, passed away on May 7th 2025 in Las Vegas. Ruth was born in New York to John Henry Busch and Marth Mann Busch on December 30, 1949.

Ruth went to Walt Whitman High School and graduated with a GED. She later went on to UNLV and finished a certificate of achievement so she can be promoted in her Job to Activity Director.

Ruth worked for 25 years as a Activity Director for the same nursing home. Helping people was her passion. She cared for many people in her life as well as her Daughter in law DeAnn when she was sick with sepsis. DeAnn fondly called her the one eyed angel because she would come running in to take care of DeAnn at all hours of the night with only one eye open.

Ruth is preceded in death by her ex husband of 25 years Pete Boleng.

Ruth is survived by her 3 children, Denise, Kirsten, and Peter, her ex-husband Paul Humphrey, her brother Russell Busch, Her grandchildren Amber, Michael, Jason, Jeff, Tyler, and Willow, as well as her great grandchildren Carter, Eli, and Nicholas.

Celebration of life with be held at Christ Lutheran Church on June 7th at 12 noon.
