With heavy hearts but hopeful spirits, we announce the passing of our beloved Mildred Elizabeth Ali, who entered into eternal rest on April 18, 2025, at her home in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Born on April 11, 1941, in Pasadena, California, Mildred lived a life full of grace, strength, and unwavering faith. A devoted mother, loving sister, and steadfast woman of God, she touched countless lives with her warmth, kindness, and unshakeable belief in the Lord.
Mildred found joy in the simple moments — a kind word, a gospel hymn, or a quiet prayer. Her faith was the cornerstone of her life, guiding her through joys and challenges alike. She is now in His presence, where she longed to be, rejoicing at the feet of her Savior and waiting for us at the Pearly Gates.
She is survived by her cherished sister, Joyce Oglebee, and her devoted son, Alvin Davis, both of whom carry forward her legacy of love and faith.
Mildred’s life was a living testimony to the goodness of God, and though she will be deeply missed, we find comfort knowing she is home at last.
A memorial service will be held in celebration of her life — details to be shared with family and friends.
